I live in Canada, the UK, the European Union, Australia, or somewhere else that is not within the United States. Can I still use your contracts?

While OSL contracts are suitable for all United States and its territories, they are not meant to be used in coutries other than the United States. If you live outside of the US, please do not purchase these contracts unless you are willing to have them reviewed by legal counsel in your personal jurisdiction. 

That being said, if you own an LLC or Corporation that is registered in the United States, and all of your clients/customers are located in the United States, then these contracts will generally be applicable. However, we still recommend that you check with an attorney to confirm that the template you purchase meets all local rules in your country.
